Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship within the United States only, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., US territories, and APO/FPO military addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping rates
Standard Shipping is a flat $5.95 per order.

Shipping is free on orders of $37.98 or more, which is any order of two bottles or more. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code is needed.

Delivery times
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.

Order confirmation and tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your parcel to your door.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a parcel once it has left our facility. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; a further shipping charge may apply.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
Carrier delays are outside our control, but we will always help you chase them. If your tracking has not updated for several business days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@spintousa.com with your order number and we will make it right.
